Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract concluded online within 14 days without giving a reason. Below you will find the conditions and an online withdrawal form.
Your right
- You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You do not have to give a reason and pay no penalty.
- The deadline is met if you send the notice before it expires.
When the right does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or customized to your personal requirements (e.g. lighting made to measure, in a chosen surface finish, size or color variant). For those pieces we tell you about the exclusion before the order is completed.
How to withdraw
- Fill in the online form below, or send us the completed model form (by email or post).
- We will immediately send you an email acknowledging receipt, including the date and time.
- Return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawing.
Refund
We refund no later than 14 days after the notice reaches us, including the delivery cost up to the cheapest shipping method offered. We are not obliged to refund before the goods are back with us or you have shown they were sent. The cost of returning the goods is yours.
