A wide range of lighting fixtures can be viewed in our online store. We sell exclusively lighting fixtures made directly from Czech manufacturers. By arrangement, we can organize a visit to the manufacturer's showroom with a demonstration of some lighting models.

We ship our lighting fixtures anywhere in the world. We use several approved carriers and we always choose the most economical and safest shipping method according to the customer's destination.

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the shipment and the final destination.

Shipping costs for larger orders are calculated separately based on the weight of the goods and their volume (m3), the shipping method and the destination. In this case, we would recommend that you request individual shipping and we will send you a complete quote including the most favorable shipping price.

Delivery time depends on the customer's destination address.

For deliveries within the Czech Republic, shipping takes 1-2 days; shipping abroad takes 7-14 business days in most cases.

All lighting fixtures (except the "Basket" models) are shipped semi-assembled. Individual labeled parts of the chandeliers are packed in bubble wrap and wrapping paper and then placed into a thick 5-layer cardboard box.

Each package includes a guarantee document and assembly instructions, which describe in detail the procedure for assembling the lighting. The electrical installation of the fixture must only be carried out by a trained and professionally qualified person with the necessary electrical qualifications

If you find that the package was damaged during delivery by the carrier (the packaging is torn or otherwise damaged), file a damage report with the carrier before you accept the order. Also take a photo of the damage with your camera (or cell phone).

Then check all the individual parts of the fixture and if you find any damage, take another photo of it.

Send us all photos of the damaged packaging and any damaged part(s) by email within 3 days, together with the marking of the part according to the enclosed assembly instructions.

As soon as we receive your message, we will contact you and agree on the next steps.

Prices are shown with VAT included. The rate is the one that applies in the country the piece is delivered to — 21 % in Czechia, 19 % in Germany, 27 % in Hungary — and it is charged to consumers in the Czech Republic and in the rest of the European Union.

Companies from the EU that hold a valid EU VAT number have prices excluding VAT and may buy without VAT being added. In that case, we ask you to confirm your VAT registration number to us by email.

Likewise, we will not charge any tax to customers with billing information outside the EU. All international orders to countries outside the European Union are subject to the taxes due (by law) in the destination country. The Bohemia Lighting store is not responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred when importing goods into a country outside the EU. The customer pays the Bohemia Lighting store only the price of the goods + shipping costs (both excluding VAT). Import duties and taxes are paid by, and are the responsibility of, the customer in accordance with the tax law of their country. The rules and procedures in each country are different; please check with your local customs office about the rules and regulations regarding importing goods from European Union countries.

All our chandeliers are delivered without light bulbs.

For most of our fixtures we recommend commonly available clear 40 W bulbs for an E14 base or 60 W for an E27 base. Of course, clear LED bulbs with the same E14/E27 base can also be used.

All lighting fixtures delivered by Bohemia Lighting are manufactured as standard for 230 V. Electrical installations for 110 V can be made for fixtures by arrangement.

The production time depends on the model of the fixture and the surface finish you have chosen. We are able to produce most of the chandeliers offered within two weeks of the amount reaching our account. Some types of fixtures (especially chandeliers hand painted with high-fired enamel, gilded and hand-cut) and custom made or otherwise modified fixtures have a longer delivery time of 3-8 weeks from payment of the order. For each product in the store, an approximate delivery time is given. In the event of a change in the delivery time, we will inform you immediately by email. We will inform you in writing about the shipment, including the tracking number, one day in advance. We will be happy to inform you of the current availability of specific fixtures upon request.
