The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or customised to your personal requirements (e.g. lighting made to measure, in a chosen surface finish, size or colour variant). For such products we inform you about the exclusion of this right before the order is completed.
We will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, including delivery costs (up to the cheapest delivery method offered). We are not obliged to refund you before you hand the goods back to us or prove that you have sent them. You bear the cost of returning the goods.
