California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you a set of rights over your personal information. They are set out below. Everything else about how this shop handles personal data — including the rights you have wherever you live — is in the privacy policy.
Your rights under the CCPA

- You have the right to request information about the personal information we collect, use, and share about you.
- Right to delete
- You have the right to request deletion of the personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to opt out
- You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to correct
- You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to limit
- You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination
- You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Bohemia Lighting does not sell or share customer personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you agree to them, and the cookie policy lists every one.
