Who we are

Bohemia Lighting is the shop of Luboš Smitka - Bohemia Lighting, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic under IČO 45525005, at Chloumek 32, Mírová pod Kozákovem, 511 01, Czech Republic. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. Write to info@bohemialighting.com about anything on it.

What we hold, and why

• When you order — your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, billing address and what you ordered. All of it is needed to make the piece, send it and invoice it.
• When you pay — we never see your card. PayU S.A. takes the payment and tells us only whether it succeeded, with a transaction reference.
• When you ask us something — your name, your e-mail address and whatever you write, through the contact form or either commission form.
• When you leave a cart behind — if you reached the checkout and typed your e-mail address, we keep it with the cart so that we can send one reminder.
• When you subscribe — your e-mail address and which version of the site you subscribed from.
• When you only look — anonymous usage statistics. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you agree to them, and the cookie policy lists every one of them.

On what basis

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — everything needed to take, make, send and invoice an order.
• A legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — invoices and accounting records, which Czech law requires us to keep.
• Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — answering an inquiry, one reminder of an abandoned cart, and keeping the shop safe from fraud. You may object to any of it.
• Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — the newsletter, and the analytics and advertising cookies. You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before.

Who else sees it

None of them may use your data for anything but the work we give them, and each is bound by a written contract under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data, and we never have.
